Modernization doesn’t necessarily mean you must replace all your equipment; it can also mean updating only the essentials. We offer an optimal modernization menu according to the customer's wishes and the elevator/escalator currently in use.

ESMOTION motion-E (escalator)
This is a menu that replaces only essential components. Since it leaves reusable parts intact, it is economical and minimizes downtime. This kind of modernization can provide the following benefits:
- Improvement of basic performance (safety, ride efficiency, comfort, energy savings)
- Elimination of parts supply anxiety (maintaining availability of spare parts) to reduce the risk of long-term stoppages in the event of a failure
- Introduction of state-of-the-art functions such as more advanced maintenance menus, DOAS, and linkage with building equipment

Full modernization (elevators/escalators)
Removes all equipment and replaces it with brand-new elevators/escalators. This solution complies with the latest laws and regulations, and updates performance to leading levels. It can also provide specifications that accommodate customer requests after reviewing current and desired functions.
There is also a menu that leaves a portion of the existing equipment intact. Compared to replacing all the equipment, this menu has less environmental impact, and no building construction work is required, reducing the construction period.

Full modernization (elevators/escalators)
Removes all equipment related to other companies’ elevators/escalators and replaces it with brand-new Mitsubishi elevators/escalators. This solution complies with the latest laws and regulations, and updates performance to the leading levels. It can also provide specifications that accommodate customer requests after reviewing current and desired functions.
