Located on the shores of the Caspian Sea—the largest lake in the world—the capital city of Baku is a port city of rare scenic beauty and a destination. Located at the center of Baku and soaring above the Old City—the first location in Azerbaijan to be classified as a World Heritage Site, the Flame Towers dominate the skyline as the tallest mixed-use high-rises in Azerbaijan. At night the facades of the three buildings transform into giant displays that show a burning flame—an image that recalls the nation's ancient history of fire worship and the inspiring symbol of an eternal flame for modern Baku. The hotel tower, office tower and a residential tower are served by more than 50 Mitsubishi elevators and escalators.

Today on the shores of the Caspian Sea in the towers of fire, Mitsubishi elevators and escalators are again moving the dreams of a nation that burns with a passion for progress.
