Irvine Spectrum is an edge city district in the heart of Southern California’s innovation corridor, in proximity to Irvine Spectrum Center—one of the most popular shopping and entertainment destinations in the region. Situated among the district’s high-rises stands the 5-star, 21-story office tower at 200 Spectrum Center Drive. With its floor-to-ceiling glass, panoramic views, and all the amenities in-house or nearby needed to help workers flourish, the structure is one of the tallest buildings in Orange County.

The building relies on 8 Mitsubishi elevators and incorporates our Destination Oriented Allocation System to deliver the right balance of security and convenience for the broad spectrum of people who enter and exit each day.
