To contractors, and any other person related to the contract such as contact persons of the building where an elevator and/or escalator is installed, employees of building management company for such building, etc., Regardless of the type of maintenance contract (other than the remote maintenance service), M's BRIDGE™, which is also based on a highly integrated maintenance management system, may support the maintenance of your/contractor's elevators and escalators. In this case, your personal data will be transferred internationally to Japan and will be processed in accordance with M's BRIDGE™ Privacy Policy.

To emergency callers who make a report of elevators or escalators, When making a report to an elevator/escalator management company, maintenance company, etc., we may ask you for your personal data for contact, which will be processed in M's BRIDGE™. In this case, your personal data will be transferred internationally to Japan and will be processed in accordance with M's BRIDGE™ Privacy Policy.
