LOTTE World Tower is a 123-floor, 555-meter skyscraper, and as of 2023 is the tallest building in South Korea. Its sleek, tapered form stands out from Seoul's rocky, mountainous topography. Taking inspiration from traditional Korean art such as ceramics, porcelain and calligraphy, the design of the tower melds a modern aesthetic with traditional atmosphere. The tower is programmed with a variety of functions, such as commercial facilities, offices, a 6-star luxury hotel and residences. The building's top floors house entertainment facilities including an observation deck and cafés, and are available for extensive public use.

A total of 31 Mitsubishi elevators have been installed in the tower: 15 double-deck elevators for the heavily trafficked office floors; 8 for the luxury residences; and 8 for the hotel. To provide greater convenience when using the double-deck elevators, we incorporated our Destination Oriented Allocation System and linked it to the security gate access control system. The result is safe, smooth, efficient elevators that give a lift to the lives of the passengers who use them.
