Located in Lima, Peru’s capital city, this 18-story office building was constructed with the concept of creating a space where the building itself helps users to concentrate on their business. Prisma Business Tower is also a green building that has received LEED certification, partly due to the ingenuity of the building structure which incorporates appropriate natural light into 90% of the office space.

Eleven Mitsubishi Elevators provide vertical mobility within the tower, with different elevator banks servicing different floors (offices and parking levels) to provide greater convenience for the building’s users, and help save energy.
